What is the Property Listing Form
Our Property Listing Form is a simple to use form that assists our subscribers in creating their listings.
The form has been specifically designed to ask questions required by all of the Real Estate listing websites we submit your listings to.
The form has been divided into several sections, each with its own set of questions. We have tailored the questions, so that we can fulfill all of the listing information requirements of the MLS websites, but also so that enough information regarding the property can be answered prior to contacting of the seller.
Many of the questions in the form are not required to be filled in, but we highly recommend that as much information regarding the listing is provided. In today's internet savvy world, people are more likely to contact a seller if they already know a majority of what the property has to offer.
